The Bodywork Session
Each therapist determines how best to perform your therapeutic session. Our therapists do their best to meet each client’s needs and are willing to take directives regarding massage pressure and areas that you would like to have worked on.
Therapist Code of Ethics
Therapists at Asheville Therapeutic Massage will abide by the Code of Ethics of the industry standards described by the American Therapy Association.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you let us know of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged full price. Late cancellations and no-shows will also bear the charge of full price.
Client Confidentiality
Client information and email lists are confidential, and we do not share our lists with outside companies. All therapists at Massage Therapy Center respect client confidentiality outside the bodywork session.
Quiet Policy
We ask our clients not to speak in the hallway and to turn off all cellular devices during their visit. Once you’re in your designated room, feel free to let your therapist know your wishes for the session.
Laurie Downs“Lawrence has a rich intuition which allows for a quick assessment of where a person is and what they need at the time. He is sensitive and listens deeply. He then pulls together a vast array of techniques to provide a massage that heals whether it be stretching out muscles with range of motion, gentle relaxation methods or deep massage to release tension. Lawrence has a gift that should not be missed.”
